Payments may be made using your Credit Card via PayPal secure online banking. Simply follow the prompts. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to use PayPal.Items in our cart are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). Total will covert to your currency automatically at the PayPal checkout.
Can I Direct Deposit?
Direct Bank Deposit is available only for Australian customers only. Please use the "contact me" form, request Direct Deposit & wait our reply.If you are local to the Blue Mountains, you may opt to pick up your parcel. Shipping costs will be refunded via PayPal. Please be sure to notify this request in the "Comments" field at the checkout.
How long will my parcel take to Ship Internationally?
We ship to all destinations via Australia Post regular mail. Australia Post takes between 4-10days to ship to most overseas locations.Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are indicated in each listing, and are charged per Australia Post rates at time of postage. If you have been overcharged in excess of AUD$5, shipping will be refunded via PayPal.Shipping Options:

Under 500gr, you may opt to Express your parcel for $7.70. To Express items over 500gr, please visit Australia Post for Express Post parcel shipping charges. International Registered post (tracking):
Parcels under 450grams may be Registered for an additional $5.
Under 1kg add extra $15.
Under 2kg add extra $40.

Wooldancer cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost whilst in transit.Packaging
Fiber purchases are wrapped in cello, the wood-pulp alternative to plastic, it's biodegradable & the crackle sound is tantalising! In the event cello is unavailable, an alternative recycled product (paper bag or recycled plastic) will be used. Your purchase may ship in a recycled box/envelope, cloth bag or other re-cycled package.Giftwrap
Giftwrap is available upon request at checkout. We use brown paper with handspun yarn tie. Each purchase is accompanied by a Wooldancer postcard, and may include a hand-written message to your Gift recipient. Please write message in the "Comments" field.Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase because of a fault, please return to us within 7days of receipt of order. Returns must be in original condition with tags complete & attached. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom orders may take up to 30days to create. Each item is handmade from scratch, including scouring wool, handdyeing, carding & handspinning. Shipping time is additional.Store Updates
